Thanksgiving

Angela: Well, I just returned home from Salt Lake from a wonderful Thanksiving!

This house is in West Valley City and every year they go nuts with Christmas in thier yard!! It's 2 days after Thanksgiving and they are all ready done.

After Thanksgiving meal we went to go feed the ducks (didn't have my camera with me) and then we all made ginger bread houses.

Okay- so after Thanksgiving at the Shaw's house I spent the rest of the time over at Jill's house, Friday morning Jonny left to go back to Logan to finish up on some school homework. So, I was going thru some of Jill's photo albums and ran across some of the oldest cutes pictures I thought every one would enjoy.

DINNER

Angela: I MADE DINNER!! And if you know me, this is a rare and special occasion! But none the less I am proud of myself!

Baby Shower

Angela: This weekend I went to my cousin Jesse's baby shower. Desiree came down from ID to Logan and we both drove down to SLC. I miss Desiree so much since I've moved to Logan and her to ID, so I was really excited to spend time with her!

This was so cute, when Des and I were leaving to go over to the baby shower, we looked over at the gate and there is Gretta, Delan's dog, looking at us sadly from under the gate.

No luck lunch

Angela: I quit lunch! Today I went to the mall because I had a Aeropostle coupon for 30% off. I go there find a pair of pants that acutally fit me! (I have the hardest time finding clothes, my husband would very much disagree) and go to the counter to purchase them, come to find out my coupon starts tomorrow. No biggie I thought, I'll just go get them tomorrow. Then, I thougt while I am there I'll go get a yummy pretzel. I was so excited (I know I get excited about the smallest things) and I could smell them as I was waiting in line, and getting even more excited! I go up to the counter to tell the girl working that I want an original with cheese, and she tells me their credit card machine is down. I just stood there for about 10 seconds in disbelief, about to say 'thats not my fault give me my pretzel'. But I said thanks anyways, and slowly walked away... head to the parking lot to drive away in a very dissapointing mall adventure and I CAN'T FIND MY CAR! I seriously walked around the parking lot for 15 min. I thought some one had stolen it, and I'm starting to panic. First of all in total sympathy because who would ever want to steal 'my' car, and worried because it's the only car I have! Luckily I found it and drove back to work--- pantless (I had pants on, just not my new pants) ---pretzeless--- and sad... We shall hope tomorrows repeat will turn out okay :)

Weekend

Angela: It's monday morning and cold outside! This morning was sort of a rush morning, Jonny changed the time to wake up this morning on the alarm clock, but forgot to turn it on. So I was only 20 min late to work. Friday night we went out to eat to Hamilton's, 1 of 2 nice restaurants in Logan. And we got a $20 gift card because the last time we ate there poor Jonny threw up his entire meal! Down to his strawberry lemonade. So, we figured we'll go get dessert and hopefully that would be okay. And yet again, another dissapointing night at Hamilton's! We got there and did get seated right awat but waited at out table for 15 min before somone came and greeted us. I just think that will be our last trip there.

Then we went to run our car thru a car wash, because it was really bad dirty. And I could not stop laughing, because I think Jonny is the only person who washes the car before taking it to the car wash! That kid cracks me up.

Saturday I went to babysit for our friends while they went to a foot ball game, and thier kids were soo good for me! But I must say I derserve the babysitter of the year award!!! HA ya right! I just happen to lock myself and all three kids (including a baby) outside the apartment! I knew as soon as a shut the door, I got the uh oh feeling, and turned around, tried to open the door, and it was locked. Luckily some of thier friends came by and rescued me, and had a key. OH I felt so bad. I called Jonny and told him 'he can not trust me with his children!' (for this occasion, as well as a few months ago I accidently locked James Craig in the car at Kmart!). He just laughed. Then when they got home Dave went and kidnapped Jonny at school, they watched the kids while Denelle and I went shopping for a bit. Then we all went out to eat to Firehouse Pizza. It was so yummy! I had never eaten there before. And go figure I forget my camera. Oh well.

Sunday we got up and went to church to teach our devil-- 'I mean, angel'-- sunbeams. They are always a 'joy' to teach every Sunday ;) Then we ate pizza in bed and watched Elf (best Christmas movie ever) and for dinner I did a good job making chicken and rice. I'm still carrying on my mom's tradition and having it every Sunday!

So I found this awesome website that you can download backgrounds for your blog. I found this one , we love The Office, big fans! I probably won't keep this up too long, it makes it hard to see the pictures....

Shoes-Projector-Jonny

Angela: I have a bad habit of when I like something I buy every color! But 75% off at Maurice's! Can't beat that, I just had to have them!

On Saturday night we went over to our friends house to watch a movie on their awesome projector. It makes great for watching scary movies when the characters are life size! That's our good friend Dave in front of it, it's so funny!

Why I dont garden anymore...

Jonny: So I spent I really long time weeding the garden getting it all ready, my sister even gave me gardening tools and things to plant.. corn, corn, carrots, beans, corn, potatoes, corn, pumpkins, did I say corn????

So the worms ate all my carrots got an ear of corn about 3 inches in size and this measly pod of beans.

THAT'S THE LAST PUMPKIN THOSE KIDS WILL EVERY SMASH!!!!

So I was outside the other day raking leaves and what not, then I decided to go and take a movie back to redbox and put gas in my scooter.(We live in Logan so it is not a big task everything is literally down the street) When I came back I saw my poor little pumpkin smashed on the porch and I was just thinking to myself how much I liked it earlier too. So naturally I was very upset.. I went inside and thought to my self "NO! I'M NOT OK WITH THIS I GOING TO FIND WHO DID IT!") So I went back outside and stood on the sidewalk to look around.... and that's when I saw the little punks! that's exactly what they were to they couldn't have been older then 12 or 13 and couldn't look like more of wannabee gangsta posers if they tried, with their baggy pants over sized plain t-shirt and cotton gloves... I just stood and watched for a moment to make sure they were probably a good 100yrds away.. they disappeared around the corner then came running back soon after. So I knew they just did it again! Now I was real mad! I was already walking towards them but when they did that I started running. They turned and saw me and started to freak out! yelling "OH CRAP HE'S COMING GO GO!" I was gaining on the one in back , they both cur across the hospital parking lot and I lost track of one the other ran off to hide behind the cars so I just yelled out "YA YOU BETTER KEEP RUNNING YOU FETCHER!" but then I heard something and turned to see the other kid ducking in fear in a corner from me. he started to move so I said in my big manly voice "WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?!" na na nothing he replied... "QUIT SMASHING PUMPKINS ITS NOT COOL!" o o okay as he hung is head in shame....

I was just so angry... I wanted to call the police and tell them what they looked like and where they were but I figured I scared them enough already.... But if I see them again look out! and I don't care if they are kids.. I did dumb stuff as a kid(ok ok I was in high school) and destroyed things but it was always things that belonged to use never someone elses property that's just wrong...
just watch the next place I see them will probably in church as they pass the sacrament... that will be awkward especially cause I didn't say "fetchers I edited what I said for the blog...

Desiree!

Angela: My best friend Desiree, who recently moved to ID, came to see me Tuesday night! We had so much fun!! I miss that girl! (she is alot taller than I am, so I had to strech to get into the picture)

We ended up making brownies, and watching a movie. She stayed the night, and left the next morning :(

I feel left out on this whole blog thing, so I'll say a lil' somthin. I really am interested in what is going o and let other people know what I'm doing as well... right now it is so boring it does not really deserve a picture so I'll just do a run down of my schedule...
6:30 wake up go to school
12:30 done with school start homework
2:30 eat lunch get ready for work
3:00 go to work
3:25 sick of work ready to quit my job
8:00 get off work start homework again
12:00 throw homework across room cause cant take anymore and go to bed
....wake up and repeat

see not all that interesting.. all though I do have some blinking lights on my circuit board maybe I'll show a picture of that..... But you really cant appreciate it unless you are in the class and no what a pain in the @$$ it is to do....

Poor Jonny!

Angela: Poor Jonny! He was so tired when he came home from school late last night! He ate his dinner at midnight in bed!

One of Jonathan's favorite things to do is play in the leaves! We have a huge tree in our front yard, and who knew it would drop this many leaves!

But I was proud of my self, I raked all the leaves! It took me a while... but I did it! And man was that alot of leaves!

A few weeks ago, Jonny and I went out to eat at one of the two nice restaurants here in Logan, too bad that Jonny's food was bad, he ended up puking up his whole meal afterwards!

Our fun friends- Matt and Katie Paiser! Us on a night out eating at Texas Roadhouse! We had to introduce them to our favorite restaurant!

One weekend we watched James Craig all weekend, we took him to the 'Logan Zoo', which is more like an aviary. And to the park, he loved the swings and the ducks!

Jonthan loves cooking! He made some steaks in our fire pit one day. YUM!

We just barely finished painting our house! It took a while, luckily we don't have that big of a house, so it didn't take too many gallons of paint. But next time, we are painting before we move in.
