No one likes purple

I just find this so funny- Jonny has this candy machine and filled it with jelly beans. However this is has been the outcome of it. No one likes the purple one's. There is always a huge pile of purple jelly beans on the counter. 

So if any one out there like purple one's, let me now and I'll mail em to ya.

Today at work we said farewell to Stefanie! She is going to Alaska for the summer (LUCKY) and will be missed! She is the supermodel lookin one in black.

On a lighter note- last week of school is this week! Finals! Jonny has a final tomorrow and Friday, than done for a kick ass summer!

Ticket To Ride

Saturday night the Goff's invited us over for dinner and a 'quick' game. You can tell we have not grocery shopped in a long time because when we got there Jonny and I stuffed our faces! It was so good! Thanks again! Okay, so I pretty much just stole Jess's last post and all her pictures, but hey- she had her camera, and I didn't. Haha.  

This game is so fun, but can drag on. And to be honest, after a while I was just putting down trains. Colin - of course - won!

We just love these people! They are so awesome for always inviting us over and feeding us, and showing us a good time! Lily is the sweetest girl!

I heart you

Last night when I got home from getting my hair fixed I got home to find this box...

With the complete season of King of Queens! I was so excited! Thanks so much Jonny! Look how cute and fun it is. And the best part is - it was free! We had won a $100 gift card to Hamilton's and didn't really want to eat there, so my work who eats there all the time bought it from us. I know what I'll be doing all weekend.

This was a while ago, but Jonny would die if I didn't post a picture of me giving Roxy her first bath by me! Yes, we have had Roxy a little over a year and I have never given her a bath. Jonny is too good to me and has always done it (and he's so cute when he gives her a bath, he sings to her and plays with her). Well this night she had a 'accident' and needed a bath, so it was not a bath by choice.

On a Roxy kick but I had to post about how much of a good puppy she is. This is her last night waiting for me to hit stop on King of Queens. Who knows how long she was sitting there waiting to go outside...

(First of all, I don't know why I am posting these pictures of me where they are late at night and I look terrible) On Easter we had alot of that cheesecake dip left, so I made a little cheesecake with it.

And this was it about 5 min later!

Easter for 2

Love my adorable husband! Even though Jonny's been at school for most of the weekend, and will probably live there till May 1st when school is out for the summer, we still have the best time when we are together! Ever since I've known Jonny I have NEVER been able to 'wait' for the event to give him presents. I am begging him to open our Christmas presents early, and I begged him on his last birthday to 'just open your presents from me a day early!'. Well, that's what happened this Easter too. Jonny came home on Saturday and I made him find his Easter basket. It was so fun to see him get excited over it!

BUT I couldn't top his Easter for me! This morning he woke me up after taking Roxy outside and came upstairs and told me someone was here to see me downstairs. (I was immediately hoping it was Kristie, and she had come up to surprise me! But it wasn't). I was a bit confused, and didn't want to go down there if someone was really here because I had just woken up and that is not a pretty sight (which is why there are no pictures of my Easter). Jonny had to re assure me that it was ok to just go down like how I was. So I put my robe on and opened the bedroom door to find candy and Easter eggs everywhere! I followed the trail to my freakin awesome Easter basket, and I had my own little Easter egg hunt all over the house! It was the best! Who needs kids, when you are kids at heart? After church we came home and had some yummy roast, salad, mashed potatoes, corn, and rolls.

Then I took a nap while Jonny had gone up to school, and when I woke up Roxy needed to be taken outside. I couldn't believe how nice it was outside! Knowing we couldn't pass up this beautiful weather I called up Jonathan to come home so we could go to the park with Roxy.

Oh did she love it! She hasn't really been to the park since last Spring, and you could tell. As soon as she got out of the truck she bolted!

For dessert I made cheesecake bites. Ya, pretty delicious.

Screwy

This is our our morning turned out-damn screw in the tire!

After trying to just change the tire ourselves (lets be honest, after Jonny tried to change the tire) and running into a few obstacles (IE can't the spare tire out of the impossible place where the tire was under the truck in the back, and the jack not being tall enough to lift the truck of the ground) we called up AAA to come and save the day!
We made it to work about an hour late...

Random-ness

First off, Jonny's beloved scooter if officially for sale! So if you want details let me know.
Also many other items including Go-ped, paintball gun and stereo.

Thursday night Jonny and I yet again loaded up the truck and headed down to Salt Lake. Jonny hopped on a plane that night to LA, and I headed over to my Aunt Jill's. Friday morning I went over to Kristie's for our 'Day of FUN' and had fun getting Bailee Renne ready! She doesn't have thick hair, but what hair she does have I put in some velcro rollers with some product.
She looked so dang cute!
And the finished product. All I can say is my babies better have hair!

Bailee is such a good baby, she really does just enjoy laying on the floor. Good think Jonny and I got her that swing- we should have just gotten her a floor mat!

My kids are going to be blind from the flash of the camera for how many pictures I am going to take of them. I think Bailee is sick of the million pictures I took of her already from this picture.

And we are off! Kristie has been dying to go to Tai Pan Trading, so what would our 'Day of FUN' be with out that? She found this beautiful painting for her bedroom to 'inspire' her to decorate it. I wish I would have gotten a picture of it! She got a killer deal on it as well.

Then onto the massive store Ikea! I don't really like the style of Ikea, but it is sure fun to walk around. It even has a little cafeteria in it, so that's where we had dinner. Thanks Kristie for the funnest day ever!!

I made it to the airport Friday night before doing what I am WORST at! Filling up the stupid car with gas! I hate it! I am very spoiled and lucky that since we've been married I have only had to do this a handful of time because my amazing husband always 'happens' to have the car 'just when it is about on empty' (now whether this is planned that way or not, I'll just let you wonder).

I'm HUNGRY! Tonight we went to Costa Vida for dinner- YUM. Jonny must have been starving too, because at about 3:30pm he was texting me about dinner plans. But I am the one who ordered a salad AND a burrito.

Disclaimer: I only ate about 2/3 of my salad and didn't touch the burrito. Who was I kidding that I could eat that much? But I really was craving both, and thought I would at least eat a small salad and 1/2 my burrito and save the rest for lunch. So I owe Jonny $5 for not eating my burrito.

$1 mini golf night was tonight as well. Hey, can't beat $1 date!

Notice the size of golf club Jonathan got. He is such a kid at heart, and always knows how to have fun!

By the way, we didn't do so good...

I just love spending time with my hubby! He is so much fun and so wonderful! Too bad I had to drop him off at school right after golf. It was so nice outside tonight too, I could have stayed outside all night long! (that is until it got cold hehe)

Just the beginning...

As Jonny was pulling out the suitcases tonight I thought to myself 'this is just the beginning of me dropping Jonny off at the airport for business trips'. Ever since Jonny and I have known each other (4 years now, time flies!) we never really get to spend a huge amount of time together at one time due to school, work, living in different cities (while dating), just obligations in our lives, and it STINKS! We miss each other ALL THE TIME! I just know that Jonny will end up getting a job where he has to travel alot and our 'no time' together will just be how it will always be. 

So where is Jonny going you ask? Sunny LA! (No fair I know is what you are thinking! I am thinking it as well!) He is flying out Thursday night for an interview for an intern for a company called Raytheon. It will be a quick trip, flying out Thursday night and returning Friday night- Good luck love! This is our 3rd weekend in a row now driving down to Salt Lake- gag me! But to make the less amount of trips we are driving down Thursday after work, and I took Friday off (wahoo!) to just stay in Salt Lake to pick up Jonny Friday night when he comes back. So excited to spend Friday with my best friend Kristie who is lucky and works 4/10's. And since Logan doesn't get reception for TV, we'll be spending the weekend down South for General Conference this weekend as well. Not that I don't love being down in Salt Lake (all the time), but I was really looking forward to spending time at home this weekend.
