2 weekends worth

Last weekend, the 4th of July, Jonny's parents came up Saturday morning and spent the night. It was so nice to have them come and spend some time with us! Saturday we went to the Logan Car Show, and saw some sweet cars!

The only car that we could touch, and get into. The owner of this old school limo was so nice and let us get in and look around.


By the end of the day though Mamma Shaw and I were dying of the heat and ready to go! That night we saw all the cars again at the Main Street Cruise In and was so fun to sit on main street and listen to the loud roar of the car engines go by. I love that tradition in Logan.
After church on Sunday we played some Rock Band. We were all shocked when Jonny's Mom rocked out on the guitar! She got a 167 note streak! Can't wait to play Rock Band with you again!

Now this weekend, Kristie's family came up on Friday night. Jonny and I could hardly wait for them to get here!
When they got here, Kristie and I quickly ditched the boys and the baby and headed out on our own. Went to Walmart and got some goodies for Bear Lake the next morning, and cruised around town for a while with the radio blasting!
We stopped at the Logan temple and tried to get a picture of us together in front of it, here I am trying to set the timer up on the camera.
And here is how the picture turned out, not that great.
But that didn't stop us from having fun!

I love Bailee's face. I am feeding her cereal, and she wasn't feeling it. So I got really dramatic pretending to eat it myself and she is thinking 'who are you?'.

Holy crap the lake was FULL. Usually where they are knee deep in water is where the beach is, but with all the rain lately it flooded.
She finally came around to the crab, but only lasted for a short while.

Jonny floatin around. We honestly didn't spend that much time in the water, the weather was pretty cloudy and we had more fun haning out on the beach.

Bailee was so much fun to take to the Beach. She did so good and LOVED the sand.

Pardon my super red nose. On the way home from the Bear Lake I got the worst allergies! But Bailee and I were having fun playing the drums. She was cracking me up when we were playing Rock Band because she was hitting whatever was around her to the beat of the music.
